1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, medicine returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

  • The product received was damaged during transit.
  • The product received has passed its expiry date at the time of delivery.
  • The wrong item was shipped.

Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

2. Refund Process

Once your claim is validated, we will notify you of the approval of your refund or replacement.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be borne by us.
