If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 business days. We will notify you via SMS/Email in such cases.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days across India.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹500.

3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation containing your tracking number once your order has left our facility. Tracking information is usually active within 12-24 hours.

4. Damages & Issues

Enine Remedies is not liable for products lost or damaged by carriers, but we will assist you in filing a claim. Please save all packaging and damaged goods to facilitate this process.
